Reading and writing reviews is completely free for tenants. No subscriptions, no paywalls.
Every review on TenantTruth is linked to a verified email address. We use Supabase Auth with email confirmation so that the "Verified Tenant" badge you see on a review means it came from a real person who actually confirmed their identity.
We do not accept payment from letting agents to boost or hide reviews. Ratings are calculated automatically from all submitted reviews — no manual adjustment, ever.
