"Began renting on 10th, was told keys were in a safe box. Nothing to be found. Had to have my belongings taken back to parents house. Second attempt to enter: keys were sent to me in a flimsy letter that was partially opened. Went there with all my belongings again, guess what? These idiots sent me the wrong keys. After finally getting through to them, a rude person on the phone who I think is Nathan made it very difficult to get any answers out as I sat there for hours with the removal company. I gave up and ended up having to store my belongings in the house reception area because I couldn't take them back. I was called by this idiot on the phone who truly couldn't care less to be told a locksmith will be there in 45 minutes. By that time, i left due to uncertainty and not knowing what would happen. I hope this reaches as many people as possible so as to deter business from these idiots. I probably wont get a refund for all the tome I wasn't able to get into my studio."
